## Billing questions

How does the trial work?

You get 14 days with 100 AI replies included. A payment method is required upfront, and the first charge only happens at the end of the trial.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want — the change applies from the next cycle and the message limit follows the new plan.

What happens if I hit the message limit?

You get warnings at 70%, 90% and 100% of usage. Once the limit is reached, automatic replies pause until the cycle renews or you buy an extra credit pack.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. The plan's message limit resets every cycle and does not roll over. Credits bought in extra packs, on the other hand, never expire.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No. The subscription is monthly or annual and can be canceled anytime — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Which currency am I charged in?

Billing is in Brazilian real (BRL) or US dollar (USD), set automatically from your billing location. Payments are processed by Stripe.
