## How it works

From the link to a balance ready to withdraw, in four steps.

### Get your link

As soon as you create your account you receive a unique referral link and code, ready to share.

### Someone joins through it

The click is valid for 30 days. Whoever subscribes in that window is tied to you and gets a 10% discount.

### Commission is generated

Every paid invoice from the referred company adds a commission to your statement, at your tier's rate.

### The balance is released

After a 30-day holding period the commission becomes available to withdraw, with monthly closing.

Level 1 is whoever you referred directly. Level 2 are the referrals they bring, and level 3 the step after that. Rates apply to net subscription revenue and can be adjusted by the platform; the values in your partner area are always the ones in effect.

## Rules worth knowing upfront

No fine print: the main conditions of the program, summarized.

### First-touch attribution

The first link clicked wins, for 30 days. Attribution is locked when the new company signs up and does not change afterwards.

### 12 months per referral

On monthly plans the commission covers the first 12 paid invoices. On annual plans, the first annual charge.

### 30-day holding period

Each commission stays pending for 30 days before becoming available balance. Refunds reverse the proportional amount.

### Credits or cash

Every user starts as a standard partner and earns 1,000 credits per referral. Cash commission is enabled by our team.

### No self-referral (except agencies)

Referring yourself, using duplicate accounts or the same tax ID on more than one account cancels the commissions involved. Approved agencies are the exception: the projects they create for clients count as referrals.

### Transparent statement

In the partner area you track referrals and pending, available and paid commissions, with monthly closing.

## Frequently asked questions

Do I need a subscription to take part?

Every registered user gets a referral link and code. To receive cash commission you need an active subscription and approval of that mode by our team.

What is the commission calculated on?

On net subscription revenue — the amount actually paid after discounts, refunds and taxes. Credit pack purchases do not generate commission.

What happens if the referred company cancels?

Commissions already released stay yours. Unpaid invoices simply stop generating new commissions, and refunds reverse the proportional amount.

How and when do I get paid?

Closing is monthly and withdrawals require the program's minimum. Real and dollar balances are separate with no conversion between them; amounts below the minimum roll into the next closing.

Can I refer my own company?

No. Self-referral is blocked automatically when user, company, e-mail, tax ID or payment method match.
